The name “Samuhara” is written using ancient kanji characters and is considered a collective name for the three creation deities (Amenominakanushi-no-kami, Takamusubi-no-kami, and Kamimusubi-no-kami).

Proper Worship Etiquette
- Bow before passing through the torii gate
- Purify your body and mind at the water basin
- Bow twice, clap twice, and bow once in front of the main hall
- Receive amulets and talismans at the distribution office
- Bow once again at the torii gate when leaving
